I don't know if the Emerald has been refitted or not but I've been to my local Thomson shop today to find out when next year's cruises go on sale and they told me that the Emerald wouldn't be sailing at all next year as it was too old!

Saw on another site that the Emerald was taken out of service for refit in Oct. and starts sailing again in April.
