As Bosscat says, they are very few and far between being as they are at opposite ends of the Mediterranean. I would suggest that you include one on your first cruise and have the excuse for another cruise to visit the other. ....Neil

You won't find Morocco and Egypt together in any cruise itinerary I've seen, I'm afraid.
