Some cruises leave from Newcastle, some from Harwich, majority from Southampton. But you can do a fly cruise- we live near Newcastle and fly to Palma for our cruis.
You can depart from from a port in newcastle, liverpool and also some places in Scotland.
You can add Dover, Leith, Greenock and Liverpool.
Clearly your nearest port of departure is Newcastle and Fred Olsen's Boudica would seem to be the best choice with ten or so sailings over the coming year. Follow the link for details: http://www.choosingcruising.co.uk/cruiseweb/Cruises_Departing.asp?nDepart=Newcastle%20upon%20Tyne&client=choosin.
