Phone your t/agt up, who should hopefully have the phone number for the car parking company. Or if you know yourself, phone up. They will be able to tell you, its not down to Royal Caribbean, as I was told by my t/agt (I am booked on ID in sept) that the car park company separate from RCI. Hope this helps.

Having just returned from CPS FREE parking at Southampton I suggest you contact the company when you booked or your holiday company you booked the cruise with, I am sure someone will give you the answers you require. It's all very quick at parking may be 20 minute to wait. But on return you go to the kiosk with your booking form they inform you what line your car is parked and you are away. From getting off the ship Ventura at 9.45 collecting luggage finding car was just 30 minutes.
