Q: my wife and I are going on a baltic cruise from harwich in august. as we are not flying what is the luggage allowance and can we take 3 suitcases if they will fit inside each other for storage on ship

No problem - even if they dont fit inside each-other. You can ask your steward to store empty suitcases for you. ...........Chris

That will be OK but cruise lines are now imposing a weight limit on each piece of luggage of 23 kg Health & Safety Regulations.
