Not mixed up maybe, but sometimes ignored . You will hear your color called- all passengers with purple tags may now disembark, and as you make your way down you pass people with every other color, the stragglers and the ones tired of waiting, or are sure they must have called their color and they just didn't hear it!

I think the coloured tags you are referring to are the tags that go on your cases which determine the time you will be called for disembarkation. These are issued on the last night of cruise and quite often these may not suit your time for departure. So just go to the Guest Relations desk and you can exchange them for a more suitable time…..Wilba
