they will probably use one of the cheaper carriers, I would take a guess that it will be 23Kg per person, but be warned, they frequently do not weigh your bags on the way out, to lull you into a false sense of security, but then they will charge you big time on the way back as you will of undoubtedly of purchased something whilst on your cruise.

Bosscat is right,,, we have been on Air France, KLM, Lufthanser and BA when using Costa, its the cheapest they can book at the time.... If you ring or email the agent,,,they will give you flight details and you can then check with the Airline....have a good holiday

I wouldn't bank on Costa using BA for your flight merely because someone else flew with them - they'll be as likely to use the cheapest possible flight they can and this is extremely likely to involve you bouncing via Frankfurt or Munich.

Sounds as though you have selected a Fly/Cruise, if so then the cruise companies do usually select the bigger airlines and not the economy airlines. When we did a fly cruise with Costa they used BA, which if is the same case, you will get 23Kg each of checked in luggage. Rather then wait for the ticket book, which usually arrive a week before the cruise, best you call Costa. At least you will have more time to plan your journey to the airport.
