Yes, if you keep the cabin door open. Otherwise the reception is bad to non-existent.

Yes it is.I purchased a laptop in Singapore last year and used in my cabin in SilverWhisper everyday.You have to pay for certain lengths of time or mbs at reception and it is charged to your bill
