This is too late for your cruise, but I thought would be useful for other people looking for world cruise insurance. I have written a blog article all about my search for world cruise insurance - just use this link. http://joscruisejollies.blogspot.com/2011/02/world-cruise-insurance.html

We have found that the Co-op Insurance is very reasonable with regard to PECs particularly if there have been no occurrences of the conditions in the last year. Plus you get a divvi on the premiums. :-)

My cousin and her husband paid £3000 for world cruise cover, they have pre existing conditions. We are unable to get such insurance at all due to PEC's.
