Find Your Cruise
Just back from two weeks on Ocean village from Barbados. No certificate for yellow fever mentioned at all. We had a great time and im sure you will too. Enjoy it.
I can't think of many countries that insist on that as a prerequisite except Devil's Island in French Guiana. If however you are going to go up the Amazon I think then it would be advisable if not essential. One thing about Yellow Fever is that it takes a while for the preventative measures to take effect so it has to be done well before you go, I think. .... Neil.
Didn't have to in January. Chris.
It's only an issue when you visit certain parts of South America, which you don't. So no, there is not a requirement for a yellow fever certificate. Have a nice cruise.
Have been to the Caribbean and Barbados many times and never had to have yellow fever vaccination, have a great time.
If you go to the ocean village webiste their is page full of information with regards to what you need to know before you cruise, there is no mention of requiring any vaccinations with regards to any of their cruises. i suggest that you check it out, we are also cruising with ov on the 14th of april hope that you have a great time.
Thanks for that enjoy cruise may see along the way.
