Why ask members of the general public? Do you think we know your medical records. Seek advice from your Practice Nurse or Doctor. They are the only people who can help.

I am going to Costa Rica, Columbia & Panama next month on the Caribbean Princess. Asked at my surgery and the practice nurse rang back to say I needed Tetanus & Hepatitis A for Costa Rica & Columbia. Had the vaccinations last Monday - quite painless and no ill effects! Not absolutely sure they were really necessary as doing ship excursions but was told that these vaccinations were needed. Best of all - no charge!! Hope this helps a little. Good luck!

You don't say if you are male or female, but if female pay attention to current warnings about the Zika status of Costa Rica and Colombia...

I, too am going to Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia & Jamaica and was concerned about yellow fever certificate. My doctor, TUI, a yellow fever centre & Jamaican Embassy (for Jamaica visit only) have said that I do not need Yellow fever. I am up to date on all other possible vaccines.
