Q: hi last week i asked if there is any danger in the islands since the so called crime wave,it was published for a day from which i started getting some interesting answers and advice. then suddenly it was withdrawn. i wonder if Thomson's are afraid of discussing this problem, head in the sand could prove dangerous ,they should tell us what they know,,, bud 5 answers

Thomson can not delete questions from this site - you are being, with respect, a little over anxious about this.

Most of what was said in the reply to Matew is relevant. Being street-wise is always a good thing. If you are aware of your surroundings you can stay in charge. Danger zones include Jamaica where there is often a risk, certain areas in Nassau should be avoided and being alone in Antigua and St. Lucia is not recommended. Outside the Caribbean Acapulco and Panama City are dodgy.

You can take risks and get away with nothing worse than being offered some gangja but why risk it, stay with the majority. ....Neil

The question is still there go to cruise answers and in the surname box put MATEW and press search it will come up. You should be aware of your own safety whilst ashore.
