Yes I know I got it wrong it just feels we have been back longer .
If the whole cruise was cancelled I would suggest you insist on 100% of the cost back!!
Thank you but we had a very good time even if we did not go any where I am happy with what I have now recieved I am not greedy as some Thomson can not control the weather and I think the captin made the right dicision to not move for as he put it for the safety and comfort of the passengers and crew.
Yeh i got my letter last week confirming the 80%.

Have just received mine.
We have not received anything from Thomsons, except a letter saying we should apply to our holiday insurance company. Axa have turned us down after all this time. All we are asking is a voucher for part of the cost towards another cruise with Thomsons but they have not answered letters or emails, it is not such a good company as it used to be.

I am very sorry to hear this you are the first to say that you have not received your voucher. I recived my voucher for £548 about 20th Nov which I was very happy with I had only paid £565 in the first place I am now booked on another cruise and hope I get out of the port this time. All I can say is keep phoneing Thomsons I found them very helpful at all times with this and all other matters.
