The Spirit is similar to the Celebration, perhaps even a little smaller with the same propulsion system and came into service in 1983. It will depend on you cabin location, better if on a higher deck and forward or midship, it will help. The sea conditions also dictate how hard the system has to work so if in the Caribbean were the sea conditions are generally smoother is another factor.

We did Celebration in November and were forward of midships on Promenade deck and never felt a thing....but felt it in the theatre at the back of the ship. I have heard that Spirit has the same problem.
