Just came back last night from Colourful Coasts Canaries cruise on Thomson Destiny. It was warm enough for us to eat in the Lido in the evenings if wearing long trousers and long sleeves so I guess it would be warm enough when you go, you can dress less formally in there. However if you do eat dinner in the Lido buffet you are missing all the fun in the Seven Seas restaurant, the waiters are very entertaining and make you feel really special.

We went in November and it was very cold, windy and draughty. However, if you go early enough it is possible to find a slightly sheltered spot, note the slightly! Enjoy your cruis.

Where were the P&O Fancy Dress police?

By Kerry James
