Find Your Cruise
I think you will have to ring Thomson for the most up to date details but their web-site is stating "for the comfort of all guests, all restaurants are non-smoking. Elsewhere on the ship, smoking is only allowed in strictly designated areas" and this I would take to mean that cabins are not designated areas (or balconies?). There is no doubt however that with the European legislation and the U.S.A.s legislation smoking will become less welcome and more restrictions will follow. To the cruise lines it makes sense because there is less chance of an accidental fire or injury if they can ban it without losing custom. So ring Thomson for exact details but expect more restrictions in future.....Nei.
Thank you for answering my question i have since rung thomson and they said smoking is allowed in the cabin even though my tickets say different. Looks like my cruising days will soon be over. Thanks again Be.
