I have flown from Liverpool and booked secure parking with APH they do have web site. Do not leave it outside the airport, much better to pay the extra and leave it secure. It is an easy airport to get to but on no account leave your car outside.

Thanks for the info, if I do use the car park I shall check out APH but the suggestion above about using a taxi sounds rather attractive at the moment as we do live well within the 45mile area mentioned. Regards .

We used APH at Liverpool airport a couple of years ago, having used them for many years at Man Airport and E.Mids airport. We booked undercover parking as it was winter. When we got back off holiday, they directed other people straight to their vehicles but were extremely vague about where ours was. It was located in a short while and it was maybe a hiccup, or a sleepy/dozy member of staff, but impressions are remembered and we would never use APH again at L'Pool (although we still use them regularly elsewhere).

Just a thought....I don't know how long you're away for but have you thought of the cost effectiveness and extra comfort of getting a taxi to and from the airport. My reckoning is that you are about 45 miles away so if it's 10 days or more you're away for it could be very viable and save all the hassle and uncertainty, and these guys will drop you off and pick you up in the middle of the night if you want. .....Neil.

Yes not a bad idea and I must admit the idea of a taxi has never entered my head. I am one of those that automatically get the car out. I shall investigate. Many thanks .

As they say in the modern idiom: No problem. Might I also suggest that you try the airport specialist taxis not only from Crewe but ring Winsford, Middlewich and Sandbach as well. We have found that towns slightly closer to the destination can be a tad cheaper. Regards....Neil.

Agree with Neil, we nearly always use a taxi/van as the differential in cost, particularly if there are more than a single couple travelling, is barely worth the hassle of driving & parking. Regards Wilba.
