Cruse companies have for some time produced things known as brochures, which often have the sort of information you seek.

Neil & Ida Down - Answered a Question by smith (19 Nov 08 16:01)

What's all the fuss about folks, they booked it as a mystery tour but then decided they might want to send a postcard home and would need to know where they had been because they would be back before the postcard. .... Neil.

This gives rise to a really good idea - Mystery destination cruises!! Might make packing tricky but as about 50% of cruisers only have the vaguest idea of where they are going, it would not be too big a step.
