The pre paid tipscovers both cabin and restuarant staff etc. As usual ddinks etc will still have 15% added to the total. You are under no pressure to tip additionally, the staff are fully aware of who has paid up front.

Just returned from Navigator. Towards the end of the trip you will have gratuity vouchers left in your room. There are 4 of them and they cover the stateroom attendant, the head waiter, the waiter and assistant waiter. You can add extra if you feel the service deserves it.

The gratuities pay your room steward, your waiter, your assistant waiter and the head waiter. there is no need to tip anyone else or to tip any extra to these quys unless you want to. Also there usually is a 15% tip automatically added onto anything you buy - beer or wine or coke.
