Yes, so long as you are outside of the 56 day final payment date. Also if the price of the new cruise is lower than the original cruise you will be charged £35pp admin fee.
Surely it will depend on which Cruise lines are involved. I wouldn't have thought Carnival would be too keen transfering a dep to say Thomson for example
