Dont know what the complaint was but a group of us went on Legend of the seas and had a fantastic time, we were well looked after and nothing was to much trouble, our only grumble was the sunbed hoggers(those who place towels and disappear.

'So many' - I can see 1 review to which 3 people have added comments. There has been no comments at all on other more active website. However the behaviour of the Hispanics on board has been escalated to the highest levels in RCI. I am sure that the first cruise out of SD was an unfortunate episode and that behaviour and manners etc will be clamped down on on all subsequest cruises.

Whats Ross connection with RCI?. Other website presume is cruise critics but most contributors to that site are American.

....and American's make up 75%+ of cruisers on RCI ships - therefore if there are major complaints, trust me, they would be the first to complain and blast it all over the cc boards...but not a peep out of them. As a T/A I have good connections at RCI who have told me people are aware of the unfortunate behaviour of the 'locals' - and RCI are always keen to prevent blemishes to their good cruising reputation so they are hardly likely to allow this to continue are they?

Xmas Cruise, 2 weeks - we met 10 Americans on this DREADFUL cruise, and they all said how DISGUSTED they were and are going to complain. We are in touch with some of them, and are awaiting their replies. We have received 1 letter from RC apologizing, not good enough. Perhaps they do not want our business. We would not recommend them to anyone. (1st timers).

Adonia is coming

By Haydn Jones

Really good news recently when P&O announced that the much loved Adonia, which left the fleet in 2015, will be making a comeback. I think this is fantastic news as I’ve had so many P&O customers asking what had happened to her. From June 2017 the Adonia will return to P&O and begin sailing a range of itineraries in Europe and the Caribbean.P&O Adonia is comng homeAdonia had previously left to sail as fathom cruises; a line dedicated to volunteer tourism. 1st of December arrived and so did Elfie!! We started to do Elf on the Shelf last year for my son Charlie. Its a bit of fun for all the family. It really helps you get into the Christmas spirit. In fact our whole weekend has been about getting in the Christmas spirit. Visiting friends and families and days out to the Christmas markets. We are lucky here in Edinburgh the Christmas market is huge if a little overpriced. No single supplements with Fred. Olsen

By Jo Cunningham

Jo Cunningham's blog

Fred Olsen have just announced their turn of year campaign, with great deals to encourage early bookings and have announced a number of sailings with no single supplement. Fred. Olsen are particularly good for single customers, they have a higher proportion of single passengers than other cruise lines, which makes it easy to mix and make friends. They have a number of single cabins on each ship but these book up early and normally the single supplement on the remaining cabins is just to...
