Hey i helped set up this ship in 2001 and you will have a blast, there is so much to do on this ship for all ages and i can guarantee you will never forget your experience, i wont give away too much but think of a small city with all the amenities you would find.Make sure to see all the entertainment as it is 1st class on par with any shows you will find in a land based theatre. There are many bars to visit with many including live music and entertainment. Dont miss the 1st nights parade that runs through the center of the ship where you find all the shops, shopping well im guessing as you are women you love to shop and you will not be disappointed with the shops onboard, many shops that stock all kinds of things from cigarettes and alcohol to fine jewellery and great clothing. Dont be nervous you will love it and will be ready to book your next cruise right away.

Hi There, we are going in January on this ship for 9 nights so will let you know our experience when we get back. We are staying in New York for an extra couple of nights pre-cruise so that we can see the sights too. This will be our second cruise, the first also with RCI around the Med. Keep in touch. Daw.

A mini cruise to remember..

I’ve just come back form a cheeky three night mini cruise with the girls so I thought I would give you a sneaky peak at some of our best bits.We were a large party of twelve with a mixture of friends, some who had met through www.CRUISE.co.uk. Some of us are still here but others had moved on to pastures new, so it’s always nice to catch up with everybody to see what people have been up to and what’s new in their lives. Not everybody knew each other which was also nice as we all...

Two nights on Indy..

By Alison Ranaldi

Alison Ranaldi's blog

Last week I spent two nights on the newly revamped Independence of the Seas.We sailed from Southampton in glorious sunshine to Le Havre and back. This was my third time on board this ever-popular ship and I was keen to see the changes to her after a big refit. We had a balcony cabin on deck 9 which had everything we needed for a comfortable break. I’m not generally a fan of mini-cruises. They offer an excellent way for someone like myself to see the ships but I do not think they are a g...
