If you are in a suite [Grand and above - not Junior] then yes, there is a coffee/tea making machine; otherwise no - order this from room service 24hrs a day.
Hi, there is tea making on Ocean Village ships, in your cabin, most other ships there is room servic.
NO! You can take your own, or just walk down to the street, coffee shop open 24hrs with free, tea, coffee, et.
On most RCI ships there is free Tea and coffee. But beware it is of relatively low standard and on our last cruise the coffee became undrinkable. You can purchase a range of coffees at the Seattle Coffee shop on board. We found these first class and not too expensive.
