Q: Are laundry services provided? A: Self-service laundry facilities are not provided onboard our ships, but we do offer full laundry and dry cleaning services. We do not provide irons in the staterooms as they constitute a fire hazard. All this info is available on their website under FAQs/On Board Extra.

To "Phillips, S'ton," Yes you can certainly carry your dresses on and once you get through the initial queue of check-in you can take them straight to your cabin providing you don't attempt to board too early, it's one of the blessings of not having to fly....Bon Voyage ...Leanne Dow.

No ironing facilities. The ship makes its money from you paying them to iron each article for you.

Were Turning Japanese!

By Collette Apak

Collette Apak's blog

Over the last couple of years we have seen a huge rise in the number of people booking cruises that visit Japan. Maybe it’s the fact that many people have done the Mediterranean & Caribbean itineraries and are now wanting to look at somewhere different or whether a certain Joanna Lumley has prompted people’s interest after her TV series? Who knows? But in answer to this demand we are celebrating all things Japanese this week. I would certainly like to take a trip there and see...
