We sailed on Navigator lastyear, and were met at Miami airport. Our suitcases were put on the same bus as ourselves. The following morning I think the suitcases had to be in the hotel lobby by 11 a.m and we didnt see them again until they arrived in our cabin. Everything was very organised.

You collect your suitcases from the airport and they go with you to the hotel, and then they go with you from the hotel to the port, where you hand them over to the porters and you next see them in your room.

You collect your luggage as normal at the airport, you are met by a rep who will lead you to a coach which takes you to your hotel. You gather inthe foyer in the morning, then on to a coach which takes you & luggage to the ship' Royal Caribbean are FAB, have a nice trip.Jani.

We are doing the cruise on the 9th. Unless stated by your agent you collect your luggage from the Airport as if you are staying at a holiday hotel and get a taxi or maybe hotel bus. You could pack one case with your first night requirements on the top. The next day most hotels do a courtesy service to the port with your luggage. Check it in at the terminal as normal and it's delivered to your cabin later. A tip is that you can check-in for the ship from 11am.

You collect them your self from the luggage hall then you are greeted once you clear customes they are then taken to your hotel a little tip for you in the morning take a small bag with you with a change of clothes i.e shorts and swim wear as luggage takes hours to reach your cabin and dont buy alcohol from duty free at the port as they take it from you and return it to you on the last night have a great time it is a great cruise line bein on about 20 cruis.

We sailed on the aurora last november going to the canaries. We had a lovely time but we had a cabin in the middle of the ship and it was very creaky. Most nights we slept with cotton wool in our ears.Friends were with us on the trip and they were nearer the front of the ship and had no problem.Other than that our holiday with p&o was excellent as always.

Luggage should arrive at hotel and be transferred with you the following day BUT be very careful and make sure that luggage (a) leaves hotel with you and (b) gets offloaded from transport at embarkation point. We cruised with RCI in March and luggage never reached ship and has never been seen again. M Martin Scotlan.
