The liklihood of someone having been on this ship in the cabin you quote is quite remote but not impossible. If you find you have a problem despite the notice on the desk that the ship is full it is not and you should contact the Pursers office or Guest services and complain and get them to move you even offer to pay for an upgrade but check what is on offer first which ever option you go for before accepting. Hopefully there will not be the problem you are concerned about and you have a great time.
