That's interesting! On RCI or Celebrity you MUST have the print off with you so they can scan the bar code. Without it they have to go through the whole input process again. I'm not disputing Pilgrims answer regarding Princess, just making it clear to those RCI embarkers who may think the same rules apply to them. Regards Wilba.

Pilgrim is correct. They seem pick the details up by computer when you check in. I was a little confused when we went on our first Princess cruise as it does say somewhere that you can print off your boarding passes, but I think this applies to US passengers only. Enjoy your cruise.

Have also been trying to print boarding passes as told it would make embarkation faster!!! However, as Whittle says it may only be for US travellers. and I am in New Zealand and unavailable here it would appear. Decided to e-mail boarding passes instead... at this point it hasn't happened,maybe later!
