There are a number of people asking similar questions about when their guide will arrive. I presume these qustions are monitored by Cruise.co. It would be helpful if they could post an answer. I know they normally quote up to 28 days but I wrote my review (well over the required word requirement) at the end of June and am still awaiting my guide.

Well I decided to email the cruise specialist (Mike) at www.CRUISE.co.uk who recently booked my 35 day South Pacific cruise. He had to put up with my numerous calls to swap and change cabins until I got the right one, got me a great deal and came up trumps with the Berlitz guide - he rang me back and is posting one out that he had spare. Very, very helpful. He said that they usually post them out in 2-month cycles, but they were sent from another department. You should get yours sometime soon.

Many of the reviews do not comply with the 300 word minimum. A number of reviews are nothing more than a couple of comments, written over a few sentences. Maybe this has something to do with the problem.

Got both of mine within 3 weeks! Wrote 2 reviews, got 2 books so gave one to a friend who is thinking about cruising. I also think it may have something to do with the 300 word minimum. I talk a lot so therefore write a lot!
