Pacific Princess was one of the R ships and as such is one of the nicest ships around. The three ships owned by Oceania, Nautica, Insignia and Regatta and Celebrity's Azamara Quest and Journey are of the same family so if you want to check look at their reports. I am almost certain that Pacific Princess was the Minerva II run by Swan Hellenic and I have been on her and loved every minute of her. I can only see pleasure onboard for you so don't worry ....Nei.
My wife and I spent 3 weeks on this ship in February 2008, we enjoyed the intimate style and preferred it to the large ships also on offer, review is at /cruise-reviews/read/review_c5242/
Hope this helps. Steve.
