If it is one week cruise, there should be one or two. If you are member of captains circle ( frequent sailors club ), there might be another get together with the captain. I suggest you read your cruise answer book, which the booking comapany should send you or just phone them with all your questions. They are very helpful. from Mrs Varm.

Read the cruise book or ring the company for any thing you want to find out. If it is a one week cruise, there should be one or two formal nights. If you are a member of Captains club ( i.e. have done one or more cruises ) there is also a get together with the captain, where you would wear formal type clothes. from mrs S Varm.

Sharp - Answered a Question by Davies (01 Jan 08 16:32)

On 14 day cruises about 3/4. Its not really obligatory; I have just returned from an Xmas Cruise on this vessel and common sense prevails. Just dress smartly in a lounge suite if in the affected areas. I believe 24 hour dining is "anything goes" within reason. Bob Sharp - Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE9 7GZ.
