In the evenings, guests are asked to wear smart/casual attire and for more formal occasions, like the Captain's reception and other formal evenings the recommended dress code is suits or jacket and tie for men and cocktail dresses or evening dress for ladies. The dress code is advised in the Daily Programme. There used to be a preference for DJ for gents but this has been relaxed, but if you wish nothing to stop the gentleman taking his with him.
