If you visit the P & O website, select weddings and special occasions or follow below link http://www.pocruises.com/Experience/Wedding.axd You can down load the pdf Gift Collection, including sending to a loved one and the UK number to contact. How wonderful and they say romance is dead, bravo. Singapore Docks are on Harbour Front which is south of the island, in the straits opposite Sentosa Island. The cruise terminal is Keppel Docks, although it's been reported on this site that P&O sometimes use the container port close by.
