What you want to complain about P&O???????? You might have to join a long queue, P&O is now owned by Carnival in America. You could try this link.

Hi. I have booked, and paid for a cruise on the AZURE cruise liner. I was given a ref no = 52937449926. plus =7vwmxv.. And advised to go to www.p&o.personalizer. However....Your system does not recognize these numbers... Todate....I have not been able to make contact with P&O......PLUS i HAVE NO CONFORMATION OF TICKETS.. MY PHONE NO...01745331815.
