The Artemis is great for certain things like going to places that other ships cannot. I have always enjoyed the company of the people that go on the Artemis. She has recently had a reburbishment. You are right - people tend to write in if they have something negative to say .

We are booked on artemis on 27 may 09 norwegion fjords Bit worried about the average age of people on the ship as a lot of reviews seem to say 75+ myself and my husband are 48/49 Any comments would be interesting Has anybody else booked of similar age? Has anybody been on Artemis this year? just wondering about the condition of the ship as there are a lot of negative comments .

We had 2 marvellous cruises on the Artemis in 2006 and can't wait for the 30th October when we sail for Montego Bay. The ship is very friendly and although small,by todays standards, has plenty of deck space and activities. We found the food very good-a lovely main restaurant and a quite civilised buffet. No rock climbing walls, ice rinks or waterslides down the funnel--just a real cruise experience.
