There are 4 formal nights, 4 informal nights and 6 casual nights, P&O's website is really useful for this kind of information if you search for your cruise (as if you were looking to book one) and in the 'cruise summary' is all the information you need.

On a one week cruise she will have Two formal nights, 3 informal and two smart casual. Double this up for a 14 day crusie.
