For transatlantic? Not unless you're beginning the cruise by visiting some island or other that's rife with malaria.

Sorry what i meant to say was that we are visiting the Carribean islands and then sailing back to Southampton.

Hmm, not many mozzies make the Atlantic and Southampton and mainland USA are fairly malaria free, at the moment.
