We are going on the OV to the caribbean next week we also had the choice of the 2 same as you thought this one was the best ,will let you know how it was when we get back .

The ov has bigger cabins i go on the 25th feb for the 4th time,i really cant fault it !! you wil have a great time.

Have been on all the Thomson ships and think they are good value for money, also you can dress up in the evenings if you want plus the main restrauant is waiter service. Hope this helps.

Hi, someone asked the same question - Ocean Village or Thomson ? and has some useful replies. Go through the questions dated 4th Feb. & look for the one from Howard which starts "Hi, I'm 35......". Or go back to the Answers page and type in the keyword "Howard" in the blue box.

We have been on both Thomson and Ocean Village and would go every time for Ocean Village but of course as with every answer on here it is a matter of personal choice as we all like different things.
