Ask when you book in and again as you board the plane, if it is possible to have your pushchair at the bottom of the steps. Last time we did Palma with OV they took us a different way, and it was a shorter walk.

I think it might depend who you are flying with. We flew with Monarch and had to pick up the puschair with the rest of the luggage at Palma - but Monarch have always made us do that whether it has been Luton, Palma or Malaga. In contrast, with Ryanair the pushchair has always been waiting for us at the bottom of the steps when you get off. Sorry that's not very helpful! perhaps you could try ringing the airline?
