There are lifts to everywhere on board. They might have difficulty leaving the ship by tender when the ship moors offshore. I saw lots of people in wheelchairs when I was on OV2 in May this year. There is entertainment, eg singers, talks, shops, ice sculpting, fruit sculpting, etc. I don't think they would be bored.
