Yes I'm afraid they are. The service in flight is very good but the leg room is terrible if you are taller than 5ft 7ins. My husband is 6ft 3 and would gladly pay extra if OV were to hire a plane with more leg room.

Ah, well actually, no. We are booked to go on OV2 at end of Jan 2008 and we are flying with First Choice from Manchester. Our agent made a point of saying First Choice planes were newer and had more legroom. On our 2 previous trips on OV, we were on Thomas Cook and the trip to the Med was okay as it was only 2 hours, but, in Jan 2007 we went to Barbados and 7.5 hours on a Thomas Cook flight was too much. Very cramped and could'nt wait to get off. Heres hoping the First Choice flight is going to be much better. Crai.

No fly cruises have now become so popular. Each year, as the number of people taking cruise holidays increases, so too does the number who want to cruise, but dont want to fly. No matter where you live, youre probably closer to the sea than you realised. So, its probably just as easy to get to any of the major cruise ports as it would be to get to an airport. Cruise...

Amazed by Symphony Part 1

By Anne Eaves

My husband and i have recently returned from a cruise on Symphony of the Seas to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and without a doubt it was one of the best cruises we have done. We arrived in Barcelona on 27th April and had one night at the Onix Liceo Hotel which is centrally located about half way down Las Ramblas on a side street, and is a great location for a pre cruise stay if you are looking for something central. We took a taxi to the port the following morning where the check i...
