Find Your Cruise
Yes the ocean village will go through panama the QE2 is to big and thats why it turned round. If not try the Oriana or the Aurora I have done it on both.
Well, after it does the Panama Canal is the next port on the Pacific side or on the Caribbean side which should give you a clue.......
All of the cruises go through it, but when we were on the QE2 it turned around at a certain point and came back to the Caribbean. either way you get to see it.
Look at page 42, it will tell you that we dock at Colon, with trips to Panama City, Gatum Locks etc it is too expensive to take the boats in and out of the locks for a day trip.
OV does not do a transit of the Panama Canal, just berths at Colon (Spanish for Columbus- opposite Cristobal, Spanish for Christopher!) for a day. If you want to do a transit of the canal, you will need to book a cruise that travels on both the Atlantic and Pacific sides of America. OV only cruises the Atlantic side.
We are going to the caribbean on ocean village can any body tell me if the taxies on the key take 4 people as we are a party of 4.
