I was on the Sun a few years back - we ate in the Italian twice because it was so good - lovely banquette seating so you are looking out to sea and just wonderful food. Well worth going to - it only costs a few £ for one of the best meals you will ever have. There is a French place too which we heard good reports of. There was a small Tapas bar as well which was definitely free if you wanted a snack, and some healthy eating place [that we skipped!]. There was also a great Teppanyaki - there is always a small cover charge for this as the quality of beef is so high. It is not worth skipping any of these restaurants just to save £10.

P&O Cruises recently announced that that would be building a 9th ship to join the P&O Fleet in 2020. This comes only two years after the Britannia was released and I am pleased to say that after quite a few problems she has become a firm favourite in the P&O Fleet.Hopefully P&O will take forward the feedback on Britannia but we are yet to see what this new ship will look like; all P&O have said is that she will be 180,000 Gross tons and carry 5,200 Guests. This is the larg...
