NCL don't have any single cabins on any ships I know of so you would have to book the standard 2 berth and pay the supplement which can be as little as 20% or as much as 80% Give the number above a call and see what they can advise it is free and speak to a cruise specialist 0800 091 1629 .... If you try and book a single cabin quite near sail date, they might negotiate a good price for single occupancy.
