Cruise Search

Kilgallon - Answered a Question by Watt (14 Mar 09 17:34)

Hi we are on the same cruise. We wanted to do the trip out of Juneau to get a close up view of Tracy Arm but unfortunatley just found out it is too dangerous to run it this late in season. Not decided what to do in Juneau mayde save some money and just get ourselves up to Medenhall Glacier on one of the shuttle buses. In Ketchikan we are doing Misty fjords floatplane with Island Wings and in Skagway doing Yukon train + bus with Dyea Dave as he seems to get great reviews and be good value Have done loads of research so hope we have made good choices.

If you do nothing else do the helicopter trip with dog sledding at Skagway. Expensive but worth every penny (dollar?) in our opinion.
