What ate the basic inside rooms like?

Did you have any luck with your claim? we are in the process of trying to get our deposit back and have waited three months already for a reply to our numerous letters, emails and phone calls. any advice would be appreciated. tks very muc.
Interesting one what was so bad? Perhaps you could write or email Douglas Ward who writes the cruise bible Berlitz I am sure he would point you in the right direction.
Try C.A.B. Ask for all relevant advice on travel law but, as MSC is Italian you may still find this situation difficult to resolve. Good Luck.
Hi, did you pay for the hoiday with a credit card? If so see if they can help. You havent said what was wrong with your hoiday but they maybe able to chargeback the transaction. If you can provide them with evidence you have tried to resolve yourself they may take up your case. Good luck lets us know if you are successful.
We had a good/bad cruise with MSC on the Opera.
The embarkation was so badly organised, we were exhausted before we reached the ship fairly late in the evening.
The food was bad ( bland and repetitive ) we were so disappointed as we were hoping to enjoy the best of the italian hospitality.
EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION unlike other cruises.
however, nothing in life is wholly bad.luckily the group of entertainers were simply great,working tirelessly to amuse the passengers.to the best of their capacity
Coming back to the food, it was getting so bad and boring that we were looking forward to the last day.
The disembarcation was TERRIBLE. We came out in Dover. It was stupidly awful. We waited in an open hangarfor nearly two hours for the coach to arrive . the weather was bad on that day, raining ,cold and windy .It was terrible We finally arrived home ( glad to be at home in the warm ).
We caught a bad cold and were ill for over two weeks . SIMPLY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I was too poorly to write and complain.
We honestly believe that those in charge of MSC Cruises should (a) apologise for the inconveniences (b)improve on their services. People go on a cruise to get pampered ,not battered

So srry about your experiences, don't expect any resolution to your complaints. It simply will not happen. I gave up after 12 months. No use threatening the PSA, or any other regularatory body as MSC will not enter into any sort of arbitration. If you truely want to pursue them I suggest the small claims court is the only effective way to try.
Our only recourse is by word of mouth, since on every single cruise we go on since theirs we tell anyone that is interested about our experiences with MSC. Funnily enough, when you speak to most of the travel agents you find they know about MSC. I suggest you count your losses, NEVER travel with them again, and tell everyone you know, just as we have.
