Hi We went on the Island Star in May and we loved our cruise so much that we have booked another cruise on the Island Escape in May. If a person likes good food and friendliness then they are on the right ship. Staff all terrific and food excellent. Good-sized cabins and immaculate throughout. We have been on several cruises of much higher star rating and one would compare with Island Star. Loretta Atchison, Killinchy, N Irelan.

Hello - dont listen to some of the gripe that these people type in. i have cruised with this company and was also very worried. i will be clear with you , this ship is not the queen mary but is not a tin shed either. the staff are fantastic, the food great , trips welll organised. it is very clean. entertainment for everyone whatever your taste. if you go with a stuffy attitude expecting ball gowns and tiaras you will be dissapointed. if you go wanting a relaxing happy holiday helped along with smiling staff you will absolutely love it - my wife wasnt keen on a cruise and is hooked like me - my 12 year old son said it was awesome and given the choice between florida or another trip on the star he chose the cruise. stop worrying enjoy it - we did and we expect a certain standard. wish we were booked .
