Hi, my brother renewed his wedding vows in September on the Island Escape and here is his reply:
The answer is in the Island Cruise punch line - Relaxed and informal.
With Island Cruises there is very little formality, you are free to dress up as much or as little as you like. Wear what you are comfortable in, smart dress of course. We have just renewed our vows in September and we wore smart/casual. We were treated like royalty, and the staff could not have done more to make the occasion memorable.
Hope that helps...Stev.
Hi im dave and wife coraline we are going on the 23/10 our first time to ,hope to see you and lets have fun to we are just bringing normal wear but a jumper for nights.
Hi mrs t from bristol i was on island escape in may from 15 till the 29 for 2weeks yes she is getting tired and old but dont we all get old ive been on her 4 times and on her sister ship last year the star with no problems if you knew about the lady been put over board why did you go on ship im not snobish but ship is cleaner than some of hotels ive been in and you only get what you pay for sorry but im going on island star next year again.
Thank you for your replies to our question except for Mrs t from bristol.... 1. I did not ask for the state of the ship as I have read many reviews.2 I am sure you were a first time cruiser sometime and the last thing you want is a negative reply to a question albeit the first one. 3. The question was I wanted some advice on what to wear/ Take? Not if someone had been murdered!!! Now, we are cruise virgins could you please give us some positive feed back please.
