You are English and used to all types of weather I think thats how you should pack layers so if you have good weather you can peel them off November can be anything at that time of year and dont forget you brolly Sue Sunny Spai.

If I could get the time off work I would be going on this cruise myself. It should be warm rather than hot, a cardigan or light jacket for early mornings and evenings, a waterproof and some sensible footwear, Have fu.
