It's a good fitness room. It's not cramped. Very good view when on the mile-munchers.

Is it fully-equipped? Well, yes and no. It has the usual range of machines including 'treadmills' but it all feels very cramped. On a positive note, you get a nice forward view of the sea while rowing, etc. In fact it's almost the only place on Balmoral where you do get a forward view!
