It is certainly best to avoid the lowest deck (Marina) on old ships due to vibration and smell etc. You should be O.K. on deck three. She's a nic elittle ship.

Atlantic Deck is deck 3, deck 2 is Marina deck immediately below yours. There does seem to have been several adverse comments about the fuel smell on deck 2. On my last cruise on Braemar I was fortunate to get allocated cabin 4070 in the newly lengthened section. A superior outside twin for sole occupancy. The cabin was lovely with new furniture and fabrics, but the bathroom and shower is on the small size. It was fine for me, but could be a bit claustrophobic for anyone with a large frame. Happy cruising - Jan .

Travelling the Globe!

By Stacey Williams

I am so excited for tomorrow as I have been invited to London for the annual Globe Travel Awards. I have never been to an awards ceremony before so I was over the moon to receive an invite from the amazing MSC Cruises. My plan is to pack in the morning just before travelling as we have been so busy at Cruise HQ I have had no time to organize anything. My train is booked for 9am from Dumfries to Carlisle and then onto Euston. I will (hopefully) arrive at around 1pm. I then need to navigat...

At the end of December Royal Caribbean started advertising for Lifeguards on their ships. The Post Stated that candidates will need to perform rescue of Guests in danger of drowning and be vigilant to potential accidents.
